If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and insured delivery.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded shoebox, then secure that box inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
